The newly open PAUL HARRIS LIBRARY AND LABORATORY-La Serena, Chile
This is the result of hard work from committed Rotarians, volunteers, good friends, and the I. Municipality of La Serena to provide this community with a modern center to increase English literacy in the low-income schools.

The Muncipality of La Serena added a small park adjacent to the Paul Harris Library and Laboratory inside the Ignacio Carrera P. High School in downtown La Serena.

A new donation of books to for the Paul Harris Library and Laboratory. The Municipality of Coquimbo thanked the Rotarians for the donation of more than 270 used and new books.

A group of Rotarians from District 7150 and Rotarians from District 4320 put together another successful and collaborative project in South-America, Chile. Educators of English who teach in Coquimbo, La Serena, Ovalle and one from Santiago the Capital of Chile came for the three day training. We had a total of 37 teachers attending this time. Our program "English Changes Lives" keeps growing! Thank you to all the educators who took time off during their summer vacation to gain more skills. Rotarians gave some prizes and certificates of participation to all who attended.
